Jim got his real estate license in 2000 when he and his wife, Barb, bought Boley Real Estate from his parents, Ralph and Marilyn Boley. Jim has lived in Van Buren County, Iowa all his life. He grew up on a farm and now enjoys spending any spare time at their 100 acre farm just south of Keosauqua. Jim and Barb, also a broker with Boley Real Estate, have been married for over 45 years. They have 2 sons, Nick and wife Abby, and Tyler and wife Jenny along with 7 amazing grandchildren they love spoiling. Jim is licensed to sell real estate in Iowa.
