About Boley Real Estate
Boley Real Estate is no stranger to the Real Estate market.
The Boley family is native to Southeast Iowa. Boley Real Estate was established in 1985 with Ralph Boley, Jim Boley’s father, as the Broker/Owner. Broker Barb Hendricks Boley has been selling real estate and managing offices since 1992. Jim got his real estate license in 2001 when he and Barb bought the business from his parents. Their son Nick started selling real estate in 2004. Sons Nick and Tyler joined ownership in the business in 2010 and Tyler obtained his license in January of 2011.
Generations later Boley Real Estate is still a family-owned company, successfully helping others buy and sell real estate.
Today, Boley Real Estate is owned and operated by Jim and Barb Hendricks Boley and Tyler and Jenny Boley. With over 35 years of experience combined with our love for helping others, we will do our best at making your dreams come true.
