About MOP Boley Real Estate
Mossy Oak Properties Boley Real Estate is no stranger to the Real Estate market.
The Boley family is native to Van Buren County, Iowa. Boley Real Estate was established in 1985 with Ralph Boley, Jim’s father, as the Broker/Owner. Principal broker Barb Hendricks Boley has been selling real estate and managing offices since 1992 and Jim got his license in 2001. Jim and Barb bought the business from Ralph in 2001. Nick started selling real estate in 2004, and joined the business in ownership in 2010 when Boley Real Estate partnered with Mossy Oak Properties of the Heartland. Tyler joined ownership in 2010 and obtained his license in January of 2011.
Generations later, Mossy Oak Properties Boley Real Estate in Keosauqua and Albia is still a family-owned company, successfully helping others buy and sell real estate.
In-House Marketing & Design
One of the biggest resources we have that sets us apart from all other real estate companies is our full-time Marketing Director who is here to assist agents with all of their marketing efforts.
This makes advertising so much easier, she knows the ins and outs of all things marketing. She works with the various advertising departments to get the best placements of ads to maximize your exposure and at the cheapest rates around.
This leaves our agents freed up to devote their time to growing their base of buyers and sellers.
The Marketing Director is also our in-house graphic designer. Having a graphic designer allows for extremely personalized marketing materials and a quick turnaround time that is so vital with the quick paced world of real estate. She can design and customize any materials needed for the promotion and sale of a property.
