4BR/ 2BA home in Moulton Iowa

Beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath split foyer home located in Moulton Iowa. This 2264 square foot home was built in 1977 and sits on a .45 acre corner lot in a nice residential neighborhood. Walk out of the spacious eat in kitchen and onto a lovely, large deck that overlooks the well manicured yard.
3 of the 4 bedrooms are on the main level. The 4th bedroom is quite large and is on the lower level, where it is currently being used as a kid’s playroom. It has a large walk in closet. Also on the lower level, is a nice family room, and a laundry/ utility room where the furnace, water heater and also secondary heating system is located. ( Wood/corn pellet stove.) A separate entrance to the basement gives a nice entrance and landing area for shoes, boots and kid’s backpacks.
Such a large amount of living space gives so many options for this home.
A 2 car garage sits close to the house and offers very handy access to the basement entrance of the home.
Moulton is a great family oriented small town, with an exceptional school district.
A must see property.

I love living in Iowa and have never lived outside of the state. In fact, I have never lived in any county other than Appanoose ! I grew up on Lake Rathbun, only 1 mile West of the dedication site, in the Island View Area. I loved growing up on a small family farm, where we all helped with milking cows, baling hay and gardening. I also love ‘small town Iowa”, and currently live on a small acreage within the city limits of Centerville, with my husband, Rick. We have 5 grown children and 16 grandchildren. My career has been spent in retail management, most recently managing 2 businesses for the Morgan Cline Companies. I operated The Exline Old Country Store & Antique Exchange, in Exline, and Morgan’s Ice Cream Parlor, located on the historic Centerville square. I love working outside, and have a special eye for curb appeal, whether I am working on our own yard, or driving around critiquing other properties. I also enjoy working on small remodeling projects, and love to make a vision become a reality. I also love helping the community with events and projects that attract people to this beautiful area. I volunteer time with the Centerville Chamber of Commerce Retail committee, and especially enjoy working on Christmas activities on the Centerville square. Rick and I own Main Street Station, located on Main Street in Exline. It is a new rental venue that is perfect for any meeting, party, or even wedding. Recently I completed training and am now a Certified land Specialist. I would enjoy helping you sell your home or purchase your dream property in Iowa.
