Nick has been with Boley Real Estate since April of 2004. He was born in Keosauqua and lived in Van Buren County until 2000, when he moved to Des Moines. In 2003 Nick moved to Lansing, Michigan, then back to Keosauqua in February of 2004. He spends most of his free time hunting and fishing with his three dogs, Andy-a Brittany, Bo- a Yellow Labrador, and Maggie-a German Shorthair.

Kevin Small has spent the last 30 years on a farm, either on a tractor or in the woods. He has been owner/operator of KT’s Trophy hunts located near Rutledge, MO for the past seven years. Les Betts, Sales Associate
Les and Suzette, his wife of 36 years, have 2 kids, Angie and Chris.  Angie is married to Josh Stokes and they have one daughter, Addison.  Les was raised on a farm.  He moved to Van Buren County right out of college in 1973 and fell in love with the people and countryside.  Les continued his farming interest for the next 34 years while working for USDA and the Soil Conservation Service.  He is familiar with many of the farms from all parts of the county.  Les thinks this is a great place to relax, or go hunting, fishing, and bird watching or take a drive through the countryside and enjoy the abundance of wildlife.  Les says many of his friends and family have come to visit and are amazed at how friendly the people are here and how many things there are to do in a small county like this.  He loves working and hunting at his farm where they have a cabin they rent out for others to enjoy and also outfit for turkey and ducks.   He is eager to help you find that “piece of the pie” that you’ve always wanted.  Give Les a call at Boley Real Estate for your Real Estate needs.
